Ellen Gregory Robb was brutally slayed to death on December 22, 2006 while wrapping Christmas Presents in the kitchen of her suburban home on the Main Line of Philadelphia.
Her husband, University of Pennsylvania Professor Rafael Robb, pleaded guilty to her brutal killing on November 26, 2007 in Montgomery County, PA. Ellen had hired a divorce attorney and was leaving on the day she was murdered. She planned to take her 12 year old daughter with her.
Ellen was literally hours away from Beginning A New Life.
